Whitewater Sewing Circle

The Whitewater Sewing Circle started in 1938, and was founded as a weekly social get together for the ladies to chat, swap recipes, and share memories while creating something beautiful. Since 1938, they have undergone a number of name changes. What they never changed however was the dedication to making quilts for the annual mission sale and for those in need. Recently, the Whitewater Sewing Circle has dissolved.

Boissevain Food Pantry

Boissevain Resettlement Committee

Boissevain Resettlement Committee was formed in 2015 as a local response to the global crisis of displaced people. Since the arrival of our first Eritrean refugee family in 2016, our community has welcomed several more families and continues the work of family reunification - sponsoring the spouses, children and other relatives who remain vulnerable and displaced.
The foreigner residing among you must be treated as your native born. Love them as yourself, for you were once foreigners in Egypt. I am the LORD your God. Leviticus 19:34
